Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Degree: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• GATE Score: Valid GATE score with a minimum of 60% marks in your degree
• Knowledge of Kannada: Essential (ability to read, write, speak, and understand Kannada)

2. Experience

• Fresh graduates with a valid GATE score are eligible.

Salary & Benefits

• Consolidated Pay: ₹44,000/- per month
• Allowances: Includes conveyance, GMC, GPA, NPS, and other perks as per company rules.

Selection Process

1. GATE Score: The selection process will be based solely on the GATE score.
2. Document Verification & Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and an interview.
3. In case of a tie in GATE scores: The candidate’s engineering degree score will be considered.
