Job Roles and Responsibilities
1. Technician-‘A’
- Fields: Fitter, Carpenter, Electronics, Electrical
- Work: Repair, fabrication, maintenance of exhibits and equipment.
- Pay: ₹38,908/month (Kolkata), ₹36,220/month (Bhubaneswar)
2. Technical Assistant-‘A’
- Fields: Electronics, Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil
- Work: Model development, equipment repair, supervision, and computer operations.
- Pay: ₹59,600/month (Kolkata), ₹53,890/month (Bhubaneswar)
3. Artist-‘A’
- Work: Art design, lettering, painting, video shooting and editing, and maintenance of exhibition materials.
- Pay: ₹38,908/month
4. Office Assistant Gr.III
- Work: Typing, file maintenance, data entry, handling purchases and reports.
- Pay: ₹38,908/month (Kolkata), ₹34,230/month (Dhenkanal)
Who Can Apply?
- Technician-‘A’: SSC/Matriculation + ITI Certificate in the relevant trade + Experience (1-2 years)
- Technical Assistant-‘A’: 3-Year Diploma/BCA/NIELIT ‘A’ in relevant fields
- Artist-‘A’: Diploma/Certificate in Fine Arts or Commercial Art + Relevant experience
- Office Assistant Gr.III: Higher Secondary Pass + Typing Speed (English 35 wpm or Hindi 30 wpm) + Typing Certificate
Age Limit:
- Technician/Technical Assistant/Artist: Not more than 35 years
- Office Assistant Gr.III: Not more than 25 years (Relaxation as per Government rules)
