Basic Eligibility (for all posts)
- Must be an Indian citizen
- Should speak, read, and write Odia (M.E. standard)
- Must be in good physical and mental health

Educational Qualifications
- Clerk, Typist, Steno: Graduation (+3) in any stream + DCA (Diploma in Computer Application)
- Salaried Amin: Matriculation + Revenue Inspector Training
Typing/Skill Requirements
- Typist: 40 WPM in English typing
- Steno: 80 WPM in shorthand, 40 WPM in typing
- Salaried Amin: Technical knowledge in land surveying
Age Limit (As on 14-20 June 2025 depending on district)
- 18 to 32 years
- Relaxation: SC/ST/SEBC/Women – 5 years | PwD – 10 years | Ex-Servicemen – per Govt. rules
