Post-Wise Requirements
1. Senior Assistant (Electronics):
- Educational: Diploma in Electronics/Telecom/Radio Engineering.
- Experience: At least 2 years in the relevant discipline.
2. Senior Assistant (Accounts):
- Educational: Graduate (preferably B.Com), with MS Office computer test.
- Experience: 2 years in accounts/finance.
3. Senior Assistant (Official Language):
- Educational: Master’s in Hindi/English with the other as a subject at graduation — or other combinations as stated in the AAI notice.
- Extra: Computer knowledge in MS Office (Hindi).
- Experience: 2 years in relevant discipline OR certified translation experience as detailed.
All experience considered must be post-qualification and full-time.
AAI 2025 Recruitment – Age & Relaxation
- Age as on 1 July 2025: 18–30 years.
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Relaxation of 3 years.
- SC/ST: Relaxation of 5 years.
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Govt. of India rules.
- Additional age relaxations for AAI employees, widows, divorced women, and certain other categories as per notification.

- Passing Criteria: 50/100 (UR/EWS/OBC/ESM), 40/100 (SC/ST).
