Who is Eligible?

For Indian Applicants:

  • A Master’s (M.Tech/M.E./MS) or BE/BTech degree in relevant engineering/technology or science fields (Physics, Chemistry, Materials, Nanoscience, Electronics, etc.) with required CGPA or percentage.
    • General/EWS/OBC: 60%+ or CGPA 6.0+ (on 10 scale)
    • SC/ST/PwD: 55%+ or CGPA 5.5+ (on 10 scale)
  • You must be a fellowship awardee—applications without a fellowship will not be accepted.

For International Applicants:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant department with first division per your university’s rules.
  • Valid TOEFL/IELTS or equivalent proof of English proficiency.
