Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum: High School (Class 10) pass from a recognized board.
Age Limit (as on 1 July 2025):
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 40 years
Age relaxation:
- SC/ST/OBC: As per government rules
- Ex-servicemen: Up to 3 years (after deducting service period)
- PwD: Up to 15 years
- Sports Quota: Up to 5 years

Validity of PET Score
- PET Score is valid for 3 years
- Candidates can apply for any main exam conducted during this period based on their PET score.
How to Apply
- Visit upsssc.gov.in
- Click on “Candidate Registration” under PET 2025.
- Fill in details and upload photo & signature.
- Pay fee online.
- Print final application form for future reference.
If you have already registered for PET in previous years (2021, 2022, or 2023), you can reuse the old registration and just update your photo/signature.
