Eligibility Criteria
Junior Overman (Trainee)
- Diploma in Mining or Mining Engineering
- Valid Overman’s Certificate of Competency (DGMS – Coal Mines Regulation 2017)
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Proficiency in Tamil language (10th certificate proof required)
- Minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST)
Mining Sirdar (SG-I)
Option 1:
- Diploma/Graduate in any stream (except Mining Engineering)
- Mining Sirdar Certificate (DGMS)
- First Aid Certificate
Option 2:
- Diploma in Mining
- Overman Certificate (DGMS)
- First Aid Certificate
All qualifications must be from recognized Indian universities/institutes and compliant with AICTE/DGMS.
