About the Role

BRLPS-JEEViKA is hiring Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and Accountants for women-led Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs) under the Central Sector Scheme-10K FPO Formation. Eligibility Criteria

1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

• Education: Graduate in Agriculture/Agri-business Management.
• Age Limit: Up to 65 years.
• Key Tasks: Manage FPC operations, lead business strategies, oversee finances, and represent the company.

2. Accountant

• Education: Intermediate in Commerce.
• Age Limit: Up to 65 years.
• Key Tasks: Handle daily transactions, manage inventory, prepare financial reports, and ensure tax compliance.

Selection Process

• Only Personal Interview (50 marks).
• Cut-off: 60% minimum score.
