- Age: 22 – 30 years
- Qualification:
- Graduate + CA/CMA/CS OR
- Full-time MBA/PGDM in Finance with 60% (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD)
- Experience: Preferred in PSBs or BFSI sector
Assistant Manager (IT)
- Age: 22 – 30 years
- Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./M.Tech in relevant IT fields
- Experience: Minimum 1-year post-qualification in IT-related roles
- Desirable Certifications: CCNA, AWS, Google Data, Cyber Security, Python, etc.
Selection Process
The selection will include:
- Online Test
- Quantitative Aptitude – 25 marks
- Reasoning – 25 marks
- English – 25 marks
- Professional Knowledge – 150 marks
- Total: 225 marks
- Duration: 150 minutes
- Negative Marking: Yes (¼ mark)
- Group Discussion (GD) (if conducted) – 50 Marks
- Personal Interview – 50 Marks
- Final Selection: Based on total marks in Online Test + GD + Interview
