Who Can Apply?
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be an Indian citizen (male or female).
- Must have passed MBBS (Final Part I & II) in no more than two attempts.
- Must have completed internship on or before 31 March 2025.
- Must have appeared in NEET PG 2023 or 2024.
- PG degree holders do not need to appear again for NEET PG.
Age Limit (as on 31 Dec 2025):
- MBBS only: Max age 30 years (Born on or after 2 Jan 1996)
- PG Degree holders: Max age 35 years (Born on or after 2 Jan 1991)
Educational & Registration Requirements
- You must possess qualifications under the National Medical Council Act, 2019.
- Must have permanent registration with NMC/MCI/State Medical Council.
- PG holders with recognized degrees can also apply.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on NEET PG percentile (converted into marks out of 200).
- Interview at Army Hospital (R&R), Delhi Cantt in June 2025.
- Medical Exam by Special Medical Board (SMB).
- Final Merit List prepared by combining NEET PG and interview scores.

Q1. Can final-year MBBS students apply?
No. Only those who have completed their internship on or before 31 March 2025 are eligible.

Only previously appeared scores will be considered. PG holders do not need to retake NEET PG.
Q3. Is there a permanent job option after SSC?
Yes, SSC officers can later apply for Permanent Commission based on eligibility and service performance.
