Manager Grade II:
- B.E./B.Tech/AMIE in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical
- Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification executive experience
- Age: Up to 35 years
Manager Grade I:
- B.E./B.Tech/AMIE or equivalent in relevant fields OR MCA/IT for IT roles
- Minimum 6 years’ post-qualification executive experience
- Age: Up to 37 years
Senior Manager:
- B.E./B.Tech/AMIE or MCA/IT for IT posts OR LLB for Legal
- Minimum 9 years’ post-qualification executive experience
